Danny Rose has hinted there is a high likelihood he leaves Tottenham this summer. The Englishman is a target for both Manchester clubs and Everton after finding his best form again this season for Mauricio Pochettino’s side. The 28-year-old believes Tottenham’s policy of moving players on when they reach a certain point in their careers could see him shipped out this summer.
When asked after England’s UEFA Nations League match against Switzerland which saw them win in a Penalty shootout to secure a third place on Sunday, rose said:
“It’s no secret I’ve been linked with a move in the media. And it’s the club’s policy to move players on when they reach a certain age.”
Rose has been a crucial member for Spurs in recent years and has spent 11 seasons with the London club. He has expressed interest in the past to head up north and live closer to his mother in Doncaster.
